DAY 1 : Arrival

DAY 2 : Porto
Wander up and down the streets of Porto and check out the monuments in this city. Find the most beautiful viewpoints, including from the Lello bookshop to the Luis I Bridge – an incredible panorama – and walk along the lively quays on the riverbank of the Douro, making sure not miss anything of this beautiful city.
DAY 3 : Braga & Guimarães
Gain height to visit monuments dominating these 2 cities of Braga and Guimarães (Bom Jesus do Monte in Braga, notable for its considerable steps, and the Penha sanctuary in Guimarães in the middle of a beautiful forest). You will discover the secrets of the picturesque city of Guimarães.
DAY 4 : Douro valley
Enjoy the flow of a cruise on the quiet Douro river. Appreciate its famous Port wine at a vineyard. In the meantime, you will have taken breaks to admire gorgeous viewpoints. A magical, relaxing and heady time.
DAY 5 : Coimbra & surroundings
Go back to your student years thanks to Coimbra, its university classified to UNESCO and its incredible library. Then get some fresh air to enjoy the calm of a typical schist village of the region.
DAY 6 : On the coast
Another rich day in exploring the UNESCO monasteries of Alcobaça and Batalha, then the coastal fishing town of Nazaré, and Obidos, a fortified medieval town.
DAY 7 : Tomar & Fatima
Explore the old town of Tomar and its mysterious Convent of Christ, castle of the Nights Templar, a UNESCO site. Admire the greatness of Fatima, the first place of pilgrimage in Portugal.
DAY 8 : go to Lisbon
